Cancellations All cancellations must be made in writing to Avenues Event Management. Registration cancellations received in writing before and including 19 October 2009 will receive a full refund, less an administration charge of $35.00 exclusive of GST. After this date no refunds will be made. Should you be unable to attend, you may reassign your registration to another member of your organisation. Please inform Avenues Event Management of any such substitutions. Payment Payment for registration may be made by credit card (secure transmission facilities provided) or an invoice may be requested. Please ensure that all payments are made in New Zealand Dollars. Privacy Statement Information may be used by the conference managers and other approved stakeholders such as the host body for promotion, networking, revenue raising and administration of this and future events of this type (including provision of a delegate list to conference sponsors and exhibitors). We intend to communicate with you via email periodically to promote and manage this event and future events of this type.
